This is it as of 08-03-08 til 09-15-08

Mon-Wed-Fri

6am 1/2 cup oatmeal with lemon water


7am 1 scoop protein
1 scoop creatine
2 thermos


830am 60 min cardio football cones
bench press 3 sets 11,9,7
curls 3 sets 15,11,9
legs extent 3 sets 21,19,17
lunges 3 sets 21,21,21

900am 1/2 cup oatmeal with lemon water


1200pm 1 cup oatmeal with lemon water


12pm-3pm rest


3pm 1 scoop protein
1 scoop creatine
2 thermos


530pm 60 min cardio basketball
pushups 3 sets 15,17,19
crunches 10 sets 100
weightless squats 3 sets 100



600pm cup oatmeal with water



Tues-Thurs-Sat


6am 1/2 cup oatmeal with lemon water


7am 1 scoop protein
1 scoop creatine
2 thermos


830am 60 min cardio
pushups 3 sets 15,17,19
crunches 10 sets 100
weightless squats 3 sets 100

900am 1/2 cup oatmeal with lemon water


1200pm 1 cup oatmeal with lemon water


12pm-3pm rest
