I am good and training is going well. We are having a house-ful for Christmas, so I am working to get everything ready for company! How are things going for you?

Hey MD! You know how it is around this time of year. Everyone visiting us for the holidays because it's "warm" just got done with one 3week visitor, and ready for another set to come this weekend!! Still training though! Bulking is rough!
