Overall Goal: Stop being such a scale slave and just keep eating good and lifting good. I hope to be able to walk outside in a tank top in summer 2010. Is that too much to ask for?
Fit Status:
todays hit list: chest/tri/shoulders/ 15 min HIIT cardio/ 400 ob crunches/ 10 planks hold for 20sec.
I got Terrel Owen's " Finding Fitness and it has sparked me to restart and not stop on my quest. I also read Muscle and Fitness and that has helped a lot. I'm the off and on diet guy. I have been on this journey for long time. I hope that this is the final go towards a new me. I have been fat since age 11. I was a fat pre-teen, fat teen, and now fat adult.
This is what I do or did:
Until I started Tabata I did cardio after weight trainning to help drop body fat. I also trained each muscle group twice a week. I read that doing this ramps matabolism to burn fat. You need recovery but I did high reps with moderate weight. 3 sets of 12 most of the time. I also changed my diet big time. I eat lean meats, fruit, veggies, and slow digesting carbs most of the day. I eat fast digesting zero fat zero fiber carbs with whey post workout only.
Why I Love It:
I like the feel of the "pump". I also like seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of how bad my body looks, and how out of shape I am. I must keep pushing to stay away from my old self of not finishing my fitness goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping 120 lbs in 7 months with good eating and working out.

Me in 2005. I don't know what my weight was in this pic. I think I started and failed another diet shortly after. Look, I'm sitting on my butt playing xbox. This is part of the reason why I got so heavy in the first place. My shirt won't even stay down in the back.
I still have lots of nasty belly fat. I've came a long way, and I have that much further to go.

Goal (Long):
Feel better physically, and be healthier so I can live a long time.
This guy hits the gym like clock work. When I get ready to hit my ab work-out I know that kizmvp is hitting it hard. You have to check out his bodyspace.
It's funny that at age 32 I'm in better shape than I was at age 22. So much for getting older and feeling old. I can't wait to see how I will look and feel at age 33. I have a work-out planned for tonight and I will still hit it. So much has changed for the best since last year. ...
