Ulimantly, I want that six pack and to bulk up with more muscle and get A realy defined body.
I have no intention on ever competeing but I would love to have a body that could. I want to get back up to about 165 - 170 lbs and get to a b/f % of 12-14 (less would be great).
My leggs are realy important also, I have skinny legs and I want to put muscle on.
So here it is my GOAL. By Summer 2008 I want to weight 170 lbs with a body fat % of 12
Arms 15"
Chest 40"
Thighs 24"
Calfs 17"
May be a pipe dream but I'm gona give it hell to get there....
Well I am going to start today with a new workout routine, or should i say a routine period. I have been all over the place trying to get as much in as I can legs, back andĀ arms, all of it. So Starting today I am going to schedule my workouts.
Very nice job. I've been cranking it out. Worked with Jason again last Saturday. My shoulders are fired up. I am going to sign up with him, hopefully in a few weeks. We'll see. Keep rippin' it up!!!
Your ears must have been burning. I was gonna call u today cuz I haven't seen u in the gym. All is well. Vacation was good. Great to be back working out though. And how's u been?
um....Detroit is East. And Northeast at that. No gym for me. My body needs the break. It's killing me not to workout though. I will def be punishing the weights when I get back to TX. Slap JR for me...just because.
