How I Started: They built a new gym near where I work and live so it seemed like the best time to start.
Why I Love It: The people and employees at 24 Hour Fitness are great. Makes it fun to work out.
How I Stay Motivated: Working out makes me feel great. The results I see in my appearance and weight lifting makes it all well worth it.
BB Accomplishments: Nov 22 I reached my goal for leg press, final set of four I did 300 lbs eight reps. My new goal is 350 by Dec. 25

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Gain muscle and get leaner.
Goal (Long): Ulimantly, I want that six pack and to bulk up with more muscle and get A realy defined body. I have no intention on ever competeing but I would love to have a body that could. I want to get back up to about 165 - 170 lbs and get to a b/f % of 12-14 (less would be great). My leggs are realy important also, I have skinny legs and I want to put muscle on. So here it is my GOAL. By Summer 2008 I want to weight 170 lbs with a body fat % of 12 Arms 15" Chest 40" Thighs 24" Calfs 17" May be a pipe dream but I'm gona give it hell to get there....
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%

Well I am going to start today with a new workout routine, or should i say a routine period. I have been all over the place trying to get as much in as I can legs, back andĀ arms, all of it. So Starting today I am going to schedule my workouts.

um....Detroit is East. And Northeast at that. No gym for me. My body needs the break. It's killing me not to workout though. I will def be punishing the weights when I get back to TX. Slap JR for me...just because.
