haha unfortunately my career ended earlier this season when i tore my PCL (following a ruptured eardrum) so i don't think i'm gonna keep boxing anymore just stick to lifting and hit the heavy bag once in a while.

yo man lookin' huge. was wondering if since you're an abs specialist if you could give me some tips. actually any area would help. i'm trying to build up from my base and you seem to have had a lot of success naturally which is what i'm aiming for.
