Overall Goal: Heroes get remembered, but legends never die. When I entered this world I was nothing but I will train to ascend to the greatest heights so that when I leave this world I will be...legendary.
Fit Status:
Trying to incorporate more bodyweight exercises and light weight/high rep work to tone and increase vascularity
Klein H S Attended 2003 to 2007 Klein, Texas United States
When I Started:
Jan, 2003
How I Started:
I began with strength training for football and began to enjoy supplemental lifting after practice or team lifts. Kept lifting at least once a day 5 times a week after that until a few months ago when I started two-a-days.
Why I Love It:
I love the release and carelessness that comes from a hard workout, when you finish and you're so tired the only thing you can think about is taking a nap. No amount of stress is even present during and after the lift, and the size and strength gains are a nice plus too! It's also nice to go to a club and have your friends tell you that as soon as you walk by people are staring at you making comments like "damn he's big"
How I Stay Motivated:
I set up a nice routine of early morning and afternoon workouts to help ease the tension of "oh man what am I doing today?" That helps keep me on track, but most important is that if I don't work out I just hate myself for it and tell myself how pathetic and wimpy I am while I look at myself in the mirror. I have an insatiable appetite for power and size to where even though all my friends and peers are marveling at how big I am I still feel like it's not even close to enough. Plus now that I've got a Bodyspace it's easier to track my goals and progress and I want to get even bigger faster so I can keep putting up worthy progress pics.
BB Accomplishments:
When people ask me if I'm a bodybuilder or get the first impression of me that I'm a bodybuilder or any other situation where I feel like others notice the fruits of my labor.

When we enter this world we are nothing and when we leave this world we are nothing. Therefore, let us become something while we are here!
Tough times don't last, tough people do!
This is the first posing pic I've taken of myself. I was about 180 lbs. with about 13% bodyfat. Goal was to get more lean mass by increasing my muscle while decreasing fat.

Goal (Long):
I was the scrawny kid who got picked on all the time in middle school and when I got to high school I found bodybuilding my passion and my release. Since then I've lived my life for my body and have avoided the common demons of young adults like drugs and drinking. I one day hope to build myself up well enough without too many high level supplements (I stick to protein only now with a little creatine) to compete in amateur competitions but right now I need to work on my mass, abs, and tan.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Brad Pitt...if it works for the girls, it works for me.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Lee Labrada since he's been my idol since I got started. While he was competing he had a great mass but was still defined and even now that he's no longer competing he's still monstrously big.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I don't have a family, I'm only 19! It has given me confidence and composure outside of the gym though.
