Things are great. I'm having the best off-season I've ever had. I'm hitting PR's regularly. I can't wait to hit the stage again.

Things are good buddy. I just got through doing a few shows in November. So now it's time for an extended off-season. Hopefully add 6-8 lb's of muscle over the next 2 years and then compete again. How are things with you?

Thank you very much for the compliment. Those picture were taken in 2006. I'm getting ready to step on stage again in 4 weeks, with a lot better conditioning. Stayed tuned for some pics. God Bless!

Things are going good. I feel as though I have put another 5-6 lb's of muscle in the last 10 months. I didn't compete this yr. Too busy with work and my job is transfering me this summer. I plan on competing again in 2008. Bigger and better!!

The main thing is to prepare meals ahead of time. I usually do this the night before or on a Sunday I will prepare meal for the week. Protein bars and shakes also are a big help when time is limited.
