I started working out in High School. I began with a bench, a bar and some dumb bells in the middle of my bedroom. Like any high school kid, I wanted to have big arms and chest.
Why I Love It:
It's a personal challenge to out work every single person in the gym. I like to push myself to very end of my God given genetic potential. Everyday is a day to do better than the last. There's no such thing as a bad workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I may not be the biggest or the most gifted, but there will not be a single person that works harder than me in the gym. God has given me the ability to push myself to levels that most not dare to enter.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting on stage for the 1st time in 2005
