stachedwalker hurt my foot jumping and up down for the trainer. Nothing earth shattering (bad pun) but it aches when I try to walk fast, hard for long distances. Also if I'm spending a lot of time up on the ball of my foot. So I've bagged that and surprisingly I'm finding that I'm spending more time working out ... actually doing more aerobics on the treadmill. Oct 11, 2011 6:35pm
