I founded myself one day at the school gym working out my arms and just basically playing the fool.
The thought of me becoming a gym freak never really cross my mind up in till most recently when I was gymming at a more hardcore gym….
That's when I made the decision to be the best that I can be….
Why I Love It:
The self-satisfaction you get out….. There is noting that motivates you more than personal gain. I am addictive to achievement….
How I Stay Motivated:
One man’s loss is a other man’s gain…..
Fore every day I miss at the gym is a day lost closer to my personal goal…
BB Accomplishments:
Getting back into gym after a car accident…. Broken leg, with a steel peg inside and a broken arm….

Goal (Long):
I want to be 242 pounds with an 8-10% body fat less is better (baby steps)
Something I also strive for is an injury free year, a year with no setbacks or interference.
