Why I Love It:
It is an individual sport and you can make changes to your body if you know what your doing in a short period of time.
How I Stay Motivated:
As the years go by I realize I miss my first loves, bodybuilding and weight training.
BB Accomplishments:
Entering 4 teeneage contests and attempting to make a comeback and enter a local master in 2007.
I want to compete again after being away 25 years from bodybuilding! I want to get my bodyfat under 9% without sacrificing size.

And judging by all that muscle and definition you're going back on stage and right to the top of the line again. Congrats on a great comeback. You've done an amazing job so far. Best is yet to come. Andre
Congrats on all of your hard work and for shaping your body into such dood proportions. Also I wish you well with yor goal to compete and look forward to seeing you succeed.
Keep gettin' after it!
I used the ProTan Sunless every other day starting about two weeks out. Then Protan Instant night before and again morning of show. No oils in preping for posing , just sprayed down with Pam oil spray.
I used Pro-Tan at the contest in these pictures. 5 coats over 3 days. My diet was 320g protein, 120g carb, 80g fat 5 days of the week. Mon. and Thurs. were the same with the carbs upped to 320g. The high carb days keep my metabolism up and maintain muscle. Carb cycling has worked very well for me, as I usualy come in at about 4% BF. Good luck at your show in July.
