I was a chunky guy at age 20. I began running mile after mile to drop unwanted flab, then upon noticing results, I become an avid gym-goer. I now have a workout partner who is much bigger and stronger than I am who challenges me and pushes me toward my goals.
Why I Love It:
I get a crazy rush from achieving a good pump in the gym. Life offers plenty of stresses, so I go blow off some steam in the gym. It's therapeutic in a way. I also love making progress and I'm enjoying my journey to building mass and maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
How I Stay Motivated:
Past progress motivates me to press toward future gain. I'd be lying to say that I've even gotten near my goals, but I've come a long way and the thought of sitting in neutral is a painful one. I want to press forward and make HUGE gains in mass and definition!
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet. Let's see what the future holds!

Thanks for the add. I became certified as a personal trainer taking undergraduate exercise science, exercise physiology and kinesiology class in college;then took an online course with ISSA,attended a weekend seminar in Houston,TX where I took the test, passed the test and was granted my certification as a fitness trainer. It is something satisfying and rewarding. I would suggest ISSA because they have soo much science of exercise, diet and rest. Good luck. Glenn
