My Plan is to reduce the amount of calories I eat so my body starts to burn fat for energy. I will cut calories from carbs and eat more protein to safeguard from burning muscle. I will eat My carbs early in the morning and right before I train to give Me energy to exercise. On rest days I will eat just enough calories to recover properly.
