I like to train with High Intensity and still keep the weight heavy with strict form.
My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program
Low Carbs, High Protein Nutrition Plan.
My Plan is to reduce the amount of calories I eat so my body starts to burn fat for energy. I will cut calories from carbs and eat more protein to safeguard from burning muscle. I will eat My carbs early in the morning and right before I train to give Me energy to exercise. On rest days I will eat just enough calories to recover properly.
