Been in sports all my life, through high and college, but in the last six with a lot of changes, let myself go, got lazy. Then one day I looked at myself in the mirror and said enough is enough!
Why I Love It:
Gives me positive energy. Reminds me of the drive I have inside and makes me feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have to be honest, since I just started back up, it has been hard to remain positive in the gym, seeing all those around me who are miles ahead... but refocusing on WHY I am working out helps... and even in my worst day, I force myself to get thru the wkout and finish what I have to do... meeting that challenge is a confidence boost in itself!
