How I Started:
I'm in the US Air Force and I had recently been deployed to an overseas location. well I had to find something to take the stress off of not being home and my freinds helped me get that extra push to get started.
Why I Love It:
I never knew I would like. I used to be so lazy and never leave my house. now that I've got something to work for it's so much better. I like working out cuz it relieves all the stress and I know i'm getting something real good out of it!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking of how i effect my life. God's my real motivation. Also that I'm tired of being the scronny old me and strive to be the big guy for once.

Goal (Long):
In a 6 month period I wish to weight 165 lbs and gain a few inches in muscle. I'm 144 lbs now and started Feb15th, 2008 and I was 123 lbs. I wish to gain 21 more pounds in muscle and much more mass.
