When I Started:
How I Started:
I started working out when I was about 15 years old. I continued to workout until about ten years ago. In the past couple of years, I've restarted.
Why I Love It:
I feel good when I work out. I used to run and do light weights. But, due to knee problems I can no longer run. So doing cardio and weights at the gym, is helping me to feel the way I used to feel when I ran.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's been difficult to stay motivated because I haven't been losing much weight. But, recently I have lost a few pounds...and now I'm motivated. Also looking at some of the pics of other females and males on this site has helped motivate me as well.

I have not worked out for 2 weeks because i was so frustrated with my progress.  Now I am so frustrated with the fact that it's hard to get back into the routine.  And, I've been eating lots.

oh everything is okay but lots of room for improvement. I havent had a very good week I mean I have been to the gym but not everyday. a couple of days i was sick and my eating is not as well as it should be :(

I am doing good finally thinking I am back on track. I started working out with a police officer to get ready for the physical exams and my legs are more sore from the cardio than the weights. Which I think is funny.

that would be great especially after the past week in a half that I have had the good thing is I gained 2 pounds being after being sick and today was my first day back to the gym I could really use motivation.
