How I Started:
After gaining weight back I put off back in 2006, I decided it was time to get back into action.
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel like I'm changing my body into a better, healthier version of myself. If I keep working at it, I'll get better results!
How I Stay Motivated:
Remembering exactly the reasons why I'm doing this: to be healthy and a role model for my two kids.

I want to lose 40 pounds and completely change my body to the point that nobody hardly recognizes me, being in the best shape of my life.
Goal (Long):
In 2006, I was able to stay focused and drop down to a goal weight of 210 pounds. Sadly to my own fault, I faultered on my routines after this and slowly began regaining the weight. Now, I'm focused not only to lose the weight once more, but to surpass this amount to break the 200 pound mark, and have a great ripped body that I can be proud of!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 40 lb

8%

I work on a reverse pyramid of 5-6 sets, typically looking at 6/6/6/10/12/12. I've been recommended this so as to maximize my growth potential.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I typically rest between 30-45 seconds. That way, despite my tiredness, it keeps my muscles at full attention and ready to go another round right away, keeping my growth going.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Whomever has an athletic build, but not so much that their arms overpower the rest of their body. I just want to look ripped, not muscle-bound and crazy like some of the pro builders.
For some reason can't leave a comment on pics. Progress is there in only one week. Just keep at it and stay motivated. Long progress as per your blog but CAN DO IT. Good luck. Andre
