Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
A shoulder injury from a failed clean and press attempt. 2 months. Doing shoulder exercises which didn't cause pain.

My BB.COM profile has been pretty much inactive for the past few months. Ever since I started sprinting in January of 2008 the emphasis I placed on going to gym and tracking my strength and growth has shifted to running faster times in the 10o meter dash.

When you say lower body mass, are you talking about hamstrings, calves and quads? You look great but with sprinting, you got your work cut out for you since your buring a whole lot of calories
