Xercisegrl I agree there is so much advertised out there it's easy to get sensory overload!! My husband and I try to get all of our nutrition from whole foods but we are also realistic enough to know there is always something lacking! I take the Hydroxycut as an energy boost!! I workout in the mornings and I am NOT a morning person!! So I take about half the recommended dose and treat it like a cup of coffee!! It works well for me!! Apr 22, 2009 8:38pm
