I tried N0-Xplode and its kept me motivated week after week, 5 days a week since April 15th, 2008.
Why I Love It:
The discipline, the motivation, the pumps, and the physique that will allow me to look in the mirror and know that people wish they had this.
How I Stay Motivated:
N0-Xplode definetley brings me to a new realm. In the back of my mind, I know that the only person that can test my willpower, dedication, and physique is myself. Its the only way to find out how far you can really go : Don't Back Down
BB Accomplishments:
I can't say I can lift a car or have marathon legs, and I think that for me, it motivates me to know that I haven't reached my goals(the aforementioned are NOT my goals;-P). Everyday I expect more, but knowing that I will make the incremental gain is going to bring me to the top of my physique and strength game. Consistency is my biggest accomplisment. 5 days a week for 7 months feels good and I anticipate reaching my 1 year anniversary. For anyone actually reading this, my recommmendation to you is intensity, because a mediocre workout to me is as bad as being a couch potato.
Get ripped with lean muscle. Need a slender look with pronounced muscle definition, yet unexpected strength.
Goal (Long):
These are my long term goals:
Bench Press 225 @ 3x12 with perfect form (i.e. all the way down to chest with slow, controlled motion)
Be able to run 5km.
Increase agility and stamina.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I track my progress month to month. When making my schedule, I note weights that I am testing myself to complete 3 sets of 12 with. I work the entire month to get to that noted 3 sets of 12 and if/when I do, I revise the weight for the following month.I track my progress month to month. What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I'm happy with my body and my own success. People can emulate me, not vice versa ;-P

I agree there is so much advertised out there it's easy to get sensory overload!! My husband and I try to get all of our nutrition from whole foods but we are also realistic enough to know there is always something lacking! I take the Hydroxycut as an energy boost!! I workout in the mornings and I am NOT a morning person!! So I take about half the recommended dose and treat it like a cup of coffee!! It works well for me!!
Funny funny! It certainly was gorgeous yesterday. I WISH I had something to do with it. I would be doing it everyday. I LOVE being outside in the sun. It motivates me!!! Have an excellent weekend !!!
The protein is amazing. I'm taking the Double Chocolate one, but I'm hearing the vanilla is delicious too. So that's next. You'll love their protein, it's just like cheating. :)
