When I started transforming my body I was 263 and around 25% bodyfat (Guessing). I have taken the process very slow while balancing everything and not killing myself :) I am now down to 230 and about 18% body fat (Guessing). My end goal is to get down to about 5% bodyfat and holding at about 8% to 10% permanently. I have been changing the types of food I eat and eating according to my energy needs for that day. I have added cardio to assist in fat loss while I continue to hit the weights hard! Hopefuly in a couple months I will be there. My main problem is getting pulled in to the idea that calories are the only thing that matters...I know better but then I get sidetracked by yummy food!
Now August 23,2008 I have been on a yoyo. However with all the lifting I have gotten stronger and put on some mass..i little. I have had a big problem sticking to my diet lately cause I love to eat. I have decided to plunge forward...ok I have been on a modified velocity diet for a week. calories are 1900 training days and 1600 non. Keeping carbs under 100 period. Full body workouts going really heavy once every 3 days with one hour cardio that follows (500 calories worth). Started at 223lbs and now at 216ibs at the end of week one. Mostly water but a little motivating.
