There are 24hrs a day. You sleep 6hrs that leaves 18 hrs to live your life. Some people say wait a minute I sleep 8 hrs a day. Well I suggest you sleep faster!!!

Work Vrs Workout

The days are so long but too short..... I've been working 12 to 13 hrs a day now and it is starting to put toll in on me. 6 days a week I wake up at 7:30am gym by 9:45am out by 11 am to work by noon then off at midnight..... Not giving up but the pressure is coming down on me. None of my workout has suffered but I'm afraid my lifts will start to fall in weight. Today got out 2 hrs early and looking forward to lifting 525lbs on my dead lifts... Wish me luck..

Starting of sixth week

Just posted some new pics. I can see results which is fantastic. I would like to note that I have not done any cardio at all. I simple have been keeping my diet in check and making sure I go to gym at least 5 days a week, and complete everything on my routine. My body fat was checked today and camp up with about 14.18% at 209lbs. So my eight is at my goal now to kill the bf% and keep muscle mass growing.

Hawkeye44 Hey bud your update pics look good. Keep at it. I need to stop watching power lifting vids online. It really messes with my lean down phase. I am hoping to keep deadlifting heavy but no spotter for heavy benching. Squat is coming up though Jan 20, 2012 9:11pm
