Don't know if it will work for you like it did for me, but sprinkling in a few miles of running throughout the week will help you drop the pounds you're looking for. I started out run/walking 1 mile about 5 months ago, and now I'm runing 4-5 miles easy and I've dropped over 20lbs. I'm not taking any expensive supplements either, just the basics like multi's, green tea, stuff like that. There's plenty of great places to run in Orlando too. :)
