How I Started:
I've been working out since I started my freshman year of high school in 1994. I've since been involved in boxing and training in martial arts and am hoping to attain some weight/performance goals this year.
Why I Love It:
I love being healthy and in shape and being able to do things that others can't.
How I Stay Motivated:
Once you get going it's not too bad. I just have to get into the habit and it's all downhill from there.

Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal is to get down to 180 so I can compete in boxing or MMA. I managed to get my weight down from where it is today to 182 in 3 months when I was younger (back in 2001) and am trying to do it again and keep the weight off for good.
