Overall Goal: My goal is to compete in one bodybuilding show in two years from now. I would like to take my time and make these changes to my body without feeling stressed or pressured to do so.

I started lifting weights back when I was a sophmore in high school, me and a couple of friends. That was when I got my first gym membership, I paid for it with my first real job of bagging groceries at Safeway supermarket.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding and working out because it's me against me. It's me challenging myself to be stronger and better than I have in the past.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is a hard question to answer, but I stay motivated by reading muscle magazines, and reading health articles, because we all know that as we get older a lot of different health issues arise such as high blood pressure, high chlosterol and so on. I also get motivation from my beautiful wife and the fact that our first child will be born in October, I got to be able to keep up with him.
BB Accomplishments:
Bench pressing 300lbs for 3 sets of 10 has been the highlight of my weight lifting.

This is my back in all it's glory I've got a long way to go.
This is the first picture taken to see what I need to work on and what I need to change. I guess it's time to leave the Ben&Jerry's alone and get serious.
My goal is to compete in one bodybuilding show in two years from now. I would like to take my time and make these changes to my body without feeling stressed or pressured to do so.
Goal (Long):
First I would like to drop about 60 lbs of fat and go from a size 44 in the waist to about a 36 inch waist, I would like to be able to take my shirt off and not have to suck in my stomache, and I would like to be able to tuck my shirt in without having to suck in my stomache. Once this is accomplished I would like to train to compete. I would like to lose the weight slowly so I don't look like I'm sick.
Tupac said "It just me against the world baby" and in some ways he might have been right, but in my situation "It's just me against me baby" I've got nothing to lose except some extra fat weight around the mid section and a lil off the thighs, this morning I was fiening...
