How I Started:
I started working out after getting fed up with having high cholesterol and not feeling comfortable with my shirt off.
Why I Love It:
I feel a sense of well-being and satisfaction knowing that I am doing something good for my health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel real good when people say they are proud of me and think I look good now that I have lost weight. It makes me even more motivated when I hear that I have inspired my friends and others to start getting in shape.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 30 pounds in three and a half months thus far and have gain at least five pounds of muscle.

Goal (Long):
I've never had a six pack in my entire life.... that's my #1 goal, to get a rock hard six pack. I want to drop at least 10% body fat by this summer and maintain that, (if not more lost) for the rest of my life!
