Hey! Yes, I take supplements everyday, but nothing crazy. Right now I'm on Animal Pak, Animal Flex, whey protein, creatine, and omega-3s (fish and flax oil). Regardless of what I do, I take those supplements every single day. Diet is MUCH more important than supplements.
Well I use to bro but lately my legs have become my weak point. It is hard to maintain a lot of strentgh in your legs without constant strength training and proper diet and strength training in itself is hard to do all the time! Good Luck.
Going is cycles is ok like that. It's called "One Extreme or the Other". Maybe that's a good fit for you. Or, maybe you'll make up your mind that you want to look good always. Lots of good info and people around here. It can be motivational...
