After my fat loss and about one month of basketball, crunches, curling 15LBS dumbells (lol), and doing pushups everyday... Weight 155LBS  200LBS!! Bulking up, starting to lose definition but, I'm enjoying eating and not too worried about losing the weight =D

Check out my Progress Pictures, I tried to give as much detail as possible as to what I've been up to (when I first started, my long break from lifting, comeback, etc...) Right now I'm 195LBS bulking and I'll post some more pics near the beginning of summer when I end my bulk and start my cut...

What's up bro? Thank you :) Had a great time in FL and now i'm looking forward to going back over to LA - this time for a few months. Trying to do a few more shoots, get some more good photos and maybe something good will maybe. I'm just trying to travel and take it as it comes. I'd also love to visit more of Europe (Italy, Germany, etc). How are things with you and school? Bet you're damn busy at the moment.

I work biceps & triceps on different days & do about 5 exercises for each, 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps.

Thanks bud.. Not many people can pull off the blue steel during a ride on Sheikra! To be honest, not that much. The town I went to is very quite, especially during November/December. Most of the girls in the bars are either taken or a lot older. I was hanging at the bar with my American bud on the last night and a relative had some guy ask in her ear if me and him were gay.. Because we made a 'hot couple'.. Strike out, huh? ha
