How I Started: Was sick of being the skinny kid at school, and seeing people with muscle made me want to be like that, so i started with no knowledge and have been reading and reading. I want to go a long way!
Why I Love It: Seeing my weight go up, seeing the effects of a good cut etc. Keeps you motivated!!

I used to drink 4 litres of coke a day... wow.
How I Stay Motivated: Other peoples progress, thinking about how i could look in the future.
