Overall Goal:  Maintain my current grappling weight (152) throughout the season we're in. Hopefully, maintain or add muscularity despite minor injuries.

Fit Status:  Just won County Regions this weekend (2/21 and 2/22) at 152. I'm starving but can't go too crazy. States loom!

How I Started:
I wanted to increase my strength for wrestling. I always had a solid genetic base but wanted to get the kind of lean, muscular look that intimidated opponents. It worked. I finished 2nd in the state @ 152 pounds a year ago as a junior. This year: to win it all!
