Background

When I Started: Aug 2009
HOW I STARTED:

Got some weights for my birthday, started working out. (I changed when I started to when I actually started SERIOUS lifting, the first time I started lifting was November of 2008, but it was just curling and stuff, I'm doing a lot more now)

WHY I LOVE IT:

It feels good when you're done, and the gains are amazing.
