My mum joined the gym but stopped a couple of weeks later, she then decided to get me to join and it just escalated from their.
Why I Love It:
I love to feel the burn and being sore in the morning, it is also relaxing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and seeing progress, people around me telling me of how i look. Seeing others around me who are big or huge and wanting to look like them.
