When I Started: Apr 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I lifted a lot in high school, got busy, quit doing it for almost 10 years. Just decided to get back into it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like to lift, it's just fun for me. Hate cardio but I gotta do some to get where I want to be.
