I don’t like to say I am on a DIET!!! I just eat clean and eat the right amounts.
Typical day for me:
Breakfast; old fashion Oats with scoop of Whey Protein powder.
Snack; hummus and carrots or celery or almonds
Lunch; toasted Ezekiel bread with hummus or avocado with salmon or albacore tuna, carrots
Clean chili-quinoa, bison, beans, little rotel
Salads- tuna/salmon/shrimp/chicken green leaf lettuce and spinach with avocados.
Snack; rice cake with almond butter or protein bar
Dinner; about the same as lunch.
I try all kinds of new recipes that I find online and I have made a cookbook binder with all my favorites.

I think supplements are key to reaching a healthy goal. I take fish oil,alpha Lipoic Acid, and L-Glutamine 2 a day. Multi-vitamin once a day
I also drink Dark Matter after a workout and then have my Whey Protein shakes.

I think I do a pretty good job motivating myself but beside that my girls are a BIG push in it all.
Other people that motivate me is Jamie Eason. Her program alone has changed my life for the BEST!!! I am on my second round of her LiveFit program and LOVING it!
Dana Linn Bailey...wow what can I say about her...just saying her name alone should explain it all.
Nicole Wilkins is amazing too. All 3 of these women that I have list I look up to and admire all the hard work they put into everyday to stay healthy and have a beautiful body to go along with it. What they do is wonderful to help others get on the right path. I have a picture of Dana and Jamie in my weight room to help me get through those tough days!
I look forward to the day I can help others out with their struggles and be an inspiration to someone. It’s a long road but I will NOT give up! I am going to make a difference, and for the good and people will know who I am and what I am all about.
