Hey tehre it's been a while. I didn't notice THAT much of a difference using Arson while I was still in the states, but here in the Afghan where I work out a lot more and stuff it seems to work a lot better. Not that I have the best diet out here... but that's impossible to have a great diet when you're limited to the chow hall.
thanks bro, im doin p90x too. mostly the cardio stuff and ab ripper. its hard to do it the way they want you to being at the station every third day. anyway, good luck finishing it.
I've noticed since I've taken it, began a really strict diet, and a 3 on 1 off workout schedule that I've lost lots of fat and am getting very good muscle definition. I'm thinking in a few weeks I may not have fun around my waist lol, which would be the difference of a 36 inch waist to 30.
