I knew I had alot of weight to lose, but I didn't realize how much. I decided to do Body for Life and took my before pictures. I was so shocked by what I saw.. I had no idea I looked that bad and was that big. I weighed 263 lbs when I started in the next 9 months I got down to 215 lbs. If I had known how far I had to go I may not have started. but I have come this far I know I can make it the rest of the way.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling stronger, I love seeing muscles. When I first saw my biceps I couldn't stop flexing and feeling them. Mostly I love the way it makes me look, I love the feeling the rest of the day after a hard workout in the morning.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures that inspire me to have a fantastic physique. Also feeling great and seeing any kind of progress in motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost over 136 lbs so far.

Making a successful body transformation is about so much more then just working out and eating right. Its as much a mental transformation as a physical.
