Weight lifting first began for me like many others, in a best friend's basement with a standard flat bench, a few bars, and an assortment of sand-filled and metal plates. It was just us two teenage kids flat benching and curling our ways to becoming "wrestling superstars"! Weight lifting later continued after high school in a local gym where I learned the basics on weight training. From then on I've been lifting in a gym at The World of Weights for the past 3 years, experimenting with different styles and routines, all to get as strong and well-built as possible.
Why I Love It:
I like standing out from the others, be it friends, family or everyday people. It's a great feeling for people to admire your hard work and praise you for your results.
Staying consistent with a solid diet, lifting and cardio.
Goal (Long):
Keep a clean diet full of quality proteins, carbs, fats and plenty of water. Make sure that my supplements are on time and coincide with everyday life and weight lifting. Training will be a basic, well rounded routine performed at maximum intensity. Cardio will be done to shed excess fat and improve breathing. To top it all off get enough rest at night and between sessions.

Yea man the black & white definitely give a better look, but in reality my camera phone sucks and any color picture i take is always blurry & discolored, so i stick with black & white for now. I definitely need to come on fridays or saturdays. I work til 6 on fri & 4 on sat but i could come after. Let me know what ur schedule is. Hey man havent caught up in a while. I got more and more sick since we last lifted and i stopped lifting and basically stopped eating for like a month. Then i went to the doctor and got medicine and i have been good since. I have actually kept a clean diet and solid lifting routine for 2 weeks now. Just seeing if you want to get together like once a week and lift again. I got a full time job too so i can finally get you back for those drinks and supps. Get back to me whenever.
