Hi Dominosh. Nutrition is key to your gaining size without gaining bodyfat: you need to be eating at every opportunity. Bananas are perfect, as they are portable, and give you quality carbs, fibre, and all 8 essential amino acids. All the best!

Hey Marc! Good to hear from you :D Your profile pic is way cool! I'm going to post the whole routine and enter my new stats as soon as poss (hopefully this weekend). The routine revolves around deadlift, DB and BB bench press supersetted with BB row, BB back and front squats, giant sets of DB squats, Arnold Presses and DB shrugs, and "the bear" (power clean and press, back squat, behind neck press). You know the bear?

Hi - I started weightlifting properly about 2 years ago now - before that I'd been into football/running. Weight training is way cooler.
