When I Started:
Jan, 2005
How I Started:
Started training seriously during my second year at uni. Trained with a champion weightlifter - he taught me perfect technique on the deadlift, squat, bench press, and cleans. After a couple of months of training with olympic weights I was cleaning and pressing 40+ kilos and have continued to make great progress all-round ...
Why I Love It:
Good vibes, getting stronger, positive attitude, exponential growth, supporting others to reach their potential ...
How I Stay Motivated:
Music; art; literature; photography; films; creativity; eating good foods - see "Favourite healthy foods" section; I don't use supplements; I don't drink alcohol; I like to maximise on chilling, meditation, strength training, flexibility training, yoga, deep sleep, dreaming, playing music, listening to music, taking inspiration from strong figures and great minds, and setting a good example to others.
Life is about GROWTH and helping the people around you be the best they can be.
Happiness and health for all - that is my mantra.
I’m training for functional strength - a constant state of feeling good in mind and body.
