Kornack Changing eating habits is pretty easy, when I begin to feel better and see results its hard to go back to unhealthy eating. Its all about being creative and listening to your body. Kornack Considering my body mass index, I was concerned with how much cardio and the frequency I would need to be most effective at loosing fat and building lean muscle, think a split where I did cardio one part of the day and weights different time of the day? My concern was finding right balance to not loose any lean muscle. had both knees replaced,suggestions from anyone would be greatly appreciated thanks Feb 12, 2013 11:55am
