Why I Love It:
Because of the amazing things it does for your body and the fantastic way it makes you feel. It's the fountain of youth and we want to bring that message to everyone we can.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking in the mirror and climbing onto that bodybuilding stage and taking in the energy from the crowds! It's the best feeling ever.

As Team BS we hope to soon offer 1 0n 1 Personal training by appointment as well as creating a web site and offering online training programs. We will continue to train and compete as a Team with our goal being the NPC Nationals and USA's someday. Our hopes and dreams are to also train others to compete and have them become part of our team and step on stage with us. Long tearm we hope to have our on facility and train others in the sport we love.
