Muscle is where it's at for me ~ i'm working hard to sculpt my body into an amateur female BBers physique, whilst trying to hold on to my femininity! The balance is difficult... but i'm determined to find it :)
If anyone has any suggestions on hamstring/thigh moves please msg me, I want rock hard hamstrings this summer and right now I don't even think theres a muscle there!! I also need to defeat the cellulite "pockets" I have on the back of my legs :( any
