Workout Program:
Monday - Taekwondo

Tuesday - Dancing (Hip Hop + Belly Dancing)

Wednesday - Boxing

Thursday - Boxing

Friday - Taekwondo

Saturday - Boxing

Sunday - Strength work at home

* I coach kids on Tuesday Wednesday and Friday at the boxing gym and sometimes on thursday nights and saturday nights there are fighting competitions that I enter.
