How I Started:
I started because i love owning the ring and fighting gives me a major rush of adreniline
Why I Love It:
It gives me great self esteem and confidence and i also want to help others by becoming a personal trainer so im keeping fit for that
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of being in the ring and its the greatest feeling of owning the ring and being only only one of two people that could win

I have won many boxing fights and taekwondo rounds
In boxing, i am being sponsered and in a few months can enter into the pro scene!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Focus on what you want!! you'll see results if you put in the effort
coz if you plan for nothing thats what you get
What back workout has worked best for you?
I like superwomans, where i lay on my stomach and lift both legs and arms off the floor and squeeze the muscles along the entire lenght of the body-it works great!!
How many days per week do you lift weights?

I have a fight coming up in a few days and im really excited!!!!! ive been training soo hard and i hope im ready!!!
