How I Started:
I have been involved in Sports my whole life but i am now just beginning "bodybuilding". With playing college football we worked out ALL the time but i unfortunatly did not watch what i ate. That obviously has gotten me into a problem...I have a long way to go.... I know it is going to be a long process but i am ready for it. I really want this.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great and I love seeing results as little as they may be. I already feel great from just a couple of weeks and now I look forward to getting into the gym EVERYDAY!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at myself in the mirror everyday and wanting to change. Everyday I get on here and check out all the awesome work that people are doing and how they are changing their lives. I really admire their determination and dedication to leading healthy lives. Someday I hope to give motivation to someone that is going through the same thing I am, just like the way so many people give me motivation that are on here.

Still eating as clean as possiblke and hittin the gym almost everyday. Its gonna be a while but i will make it!
My short term goal is to drop weight. Im not sure exactly how much but enough to see a considerable differance. For this month (May) I want to lose at least 10 pounds.
Goal (Long):
My overall goal is to look and feel better. I want to get rid of the gut. I want to lose 50-60 pounds overall. Once i have done that i will start trying to bulk up and add lean muscle mass.
Things are going well. I'm sort of in a transitional state. I've made progress in the fat loss, but I'm considering starting another bulking phase in the next couple of weeks. How is that Syntha-6 working out for you?

Nice progress. Your profile is actually pretty motivating. I'm really hoping you reach your fitness goals. Who knows, you may find yourself preparing for a contest before you know it.
I know what you mean bro, I've been the same weight for about a month. Just gotta get it thru my thick skull remember to look at more than the scale (stupid thing)
Sup man, progress is on the uprise since school is out and I can focus more on my training. Seeing some good signs that are keeping me motivated veins are starting to come out in my quads and chins and biceps. So I have to keep pushing to get leaner.
How are things on your end?
