How I Started:
I have been doing a lot of cardio, due to basketball; but, recently I've wanted to tone up my body more and focus on getting more mass and more cut. Not only am I doing this for basketball and athletic enhancement but also for the overall look and feel of being bigger.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to release my stress and do something productive at the same time. A lot of people resort to alcohol, drugs, etc. but I have found this to be a much more fulfilling outlet.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing where I want to be and how I want my body to end up motivates me.
BB Accomplishments:
A year or so ago, when I started joking around with lifting, I had gained 8 pounds in 2 months and could notice a difference in my body.

The beginning of the 2007 summer.....again, I had stopped working out and this was my most muscular front shot.
The beginning of my 2008 summer (front relaxed), with new found motivation and a new stack....just the beginning of my transformation.
Gain 15-20 pounds of lean mass while trimming away at my BF%. Also, enhance and improve athletic performance for 2008-2009 season.
Goal (Long):
I've always had an athletic shape, but now I'm looking to go more into muscle and mass. This will not only enhance my athletic abilities and performance, but I know I will feel better about how I look and others will look AT me. I would like to weigh 185, with no more than 10% body fat by 2009. This is my goal as of 2008 and one of my biggest New Year's Resolutions. In addition, I would also like to increase my bench max to 260.
To start my first body blog, I would like to use some inspirational and motivational quotes that have helped me get back into the gym. I hope these are as helpful to you as they were and are to me.

what's going on man? training is going steady for right now just staying heavy on all my main movements. At 210 right now. I want to get everything tighter at this weight. How are things your way?
