i was a freshman in Highschool, i had regular pe and all we did was play tennis, one day our teacher took us to the weight room and needless to say i knew i wanted to lift weights instead of play tennis, so i buged my teacher untill she got me transferd into the weight training class

i schedule my training program around work and gym hours (like everyone) my work week starts on a sunday, so...sunday rest,monday back/hamstrings, tuesday chest/calves, wensday shoulders/traps, thursday arms, friday rest, saturday quads, abs ill throw in e.o.d
now i would like to have more...

Yeah was there backstage with ya... My training partner did the Novice. You were ripped looked great! Might do that show next year myself. Not sure yet will see how this bulk goes trying to hit 270 and lean this offseason. So far so good!
