was tired of being called scrawny. when i was told about bodybuilding.com by a friend at the gym. it has kept me into it! seeing all these people meet their personal bodybuilding GOALS!!! i knew i wanted to meet mine by gaining about 25lbs of lean muscle!
Why I Love It:
seeing the gains and when you see somebody you haven't in months their reaction to how well built you have gotten! gives you that intense feeling to just want to keep at it!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
The Gym i go to is smaller and their is tons of people in their for the same thing you are and are there to help you OUT!!! seeing those gains and to achieve my goal wanting to be in a magazine. also to help others out keeps me motivated. when i was younger i wasn't living a very healthy lifestyle a few people on Bodyspace have helped me with living this healthy lifestyle!!!
BB Accomplishments:
its a major accomplishment just hitting the gym everyday and staying motivated on my diet and bodybuilding!

They're working amazing brotha, I know anyone can get by without them and believe only 10% of how you look is from supps but when it comes to competing that 10% can make or break you
I know what you mean, it is the hardest place for me to get muscle. I am going to keep hitting them hard. I see results, but I want those results to be dramatic...someday.
Things are going well bro, hope everything is going well your way. I am currently training my legs hard as well. Hit the squats and leg press hard, I used to ignore my legs, but found myself being way out of proportion.
Hey bro, check my latest blog for info on my ab routine and diet. As far as arms go I train bi's, and tri's once a week. I train my forearms 3 times a week, doing routines such as wrist curls, and behind the back barbell curls. For bi's I hit up dumbell curls, barbell curls, and hammer curls. For tri's I hit up tri pulldowns, skull crushers, and weighted dips.
