I experienced my first blackslide to my lifestyle change a few months ago and I am still catching up from it. I have started a workout plan where I am giving two hours a day to myself in the gym. I am hoping that with the right exercises and cardio that I will be back to where I was and having built some muscle within the next 3 months.
