This was me at my heaviest. 418 pounds I could barely make it down the street without having to stop because of the pain in my lower back from all the weight I was carrying

Thanks for the message, I have lots of blogs and videos at the bottom of my profile page to share what I've learned over the years. For muscle, just be sure to eat enough protein and be consistent with your lifting.
