Mondays - chest
16 - 20 sets. light to heavy reps 12, 10, 8, 6

Tuesday - Back
16 - 20 sets. light to heavy reps 12, 10, 8, 6

Wednesday - Legs
16 - 20 sets. light to heavy reps 12, 10, 8, 6

Thursday - Shoulders
16 - 20 sets. light to heavy reps 12, 10, 8, 6

Friday - Biceps & Triceps
16 sets for biceps & 16 sets for triceps
light to heavy reps 12, 10, 8, 6

Abs i try and fit in every 2nd day
